It will open up the DPAC to the South and be a very nice walking area. I understand a large sun-dial may the center piece of the Commons. That would be helpful except in February when there is no sun in South Bend! There is also talk of a big Christmas tree somewhere in the Commons. This will be a great addition to the local community.
